Even if you complete the delivery mission about the BMW M3 E46 GTR in Singleplayer mode which happens in Week 4, you'll never unlock it. Moreover, it's a temporary rental where the car will disappear when your EA Play subscription ends Unless you pay up again. Mods on PC is the only viable way to get the car for free ...
