Re: 03 cts windshield wipers wont turn off!! I haven't seen one of these with a wiper issue to tell you the truth. I can tell you that usually on GM cars and light trucks that the circuit board inside the motor cover is usually the culprit when things like this happen.

Stabilitrak and traction control warning check engine light
I am having a very similar problem with my cts v-sport . Car runs fine then after a few minutes the Stabilitrak and traction control light will come on followed by a transmission service, the car won't go past 3 psi of boost and then when I am at at stop and the try to go the car seems like it struggles very bad, also when in park after whole car jerks when switching to park and drive and reverse.
